Howard talks about his craving for approval from others. He chose nose surgery as a way to improve his physical appearance. As soon as the procedure was complete he realized that it did not make him feel anymore acceptable to others. He talks about the gospel and how he came to understand the love and acceptance God has for Him. He placed His faith in Jesus and invites viewers of his video to experience the total love and acceptance from God by believing in Jesus’ work on the cross.
