Meet Jamie

Jamie describes a stable upbringing, but life for her changed after she got involved in an unhealthy adult relationship. She turned away from her parents and lived in very challenging circumstances with her boyfriend and his family. Jamie shares the hardships and verbal abuse she suffered, including the pressure to have an abortion by her partner. Jamie’s parents helped her and shortly afterwards, Jamie received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She is thankful for God’s forgiveness and cares that other women who had abortions know that God offers them forgiveness too.

Meet Lindsey

Lindsey describes how she invited Jesus into her life at a young age. She shares that she got pregnant with her boyfriend and chose abortion because of fear. Lindsey describes the mental turmoil; guilt and secrecy that heavily impacted her life. God used Lindsey’s husband and a Bible study, to show her His love and the forgiveness that He provides. She also learned how self-forgiveness is a lie, as it’s God alone who has the authority to forgive. Lindsey is now set free from her past and able to enjoy her relationships with her husband, children, and most importantly, God.

Meet Sara

Sara shares she is a pastor’s daughter, but chose to push her family away and push God away. She describes a life of sin, drugs and deep unhappiness. Through her parent’s love, God opened Sara’s eyes to the truth of His love for her, and for the freedom from sin that was bought by Jesus’ death. Sara accepted God’s offer of forgiveness and redemption by trusting in Christ. She describes having so much more joy now she is a Christian. God gives her a way of coping with the difficulties that come with living in this world.
