Meet Nathan

Nathan shares how he was afraid of going to hell and he prayed a prayer for God to save him. But he shares how he was still hard hearted towards God. His fake Christian life became real when God convicted Nathan of his sins and Nathan geniunely turned to Jesus and accepted him as his Lord and Savior. Nathan describes the pain and questions he has about loosing his younger brother in a freak accident. But God has also given Nathan a peace about the tragedy and knows that in the fullness of time, he will understand.

Ron describes how God intervened in his life and showed Ron’s hypocrisy to him. For the first time Ron understood the gospel was true, that Christ really did die for him, and Ron repented of his sin and turned to Christ. Ron describes the joy and peace that comes through knowing Jesus Christ, and the futility of all those years chasing fulfillment in substances.

Meet Dean

Dean talks about how he prayed a prayer for his salvation as a young guy but he didn’t really repent and trust in Christ at that point. Dean shares how God worked on his heart, convicting him of the fact that it wasn’t real salvation. He resisted for quite a long time because of pride until he finally shared with his wife that his salvation wasn’t real. He describes receiving Christ and how his walk with God was going well. However, Dean’s marriage went through a difficult period and he had an affair. He went through disciplinary proceedings with his Church and shares how God continued to relentlessly pursue him with His love and called him to repent. Through the work of God’s spirit, Dean repented and reunited with his wife. Dean talks about how God is patient and continues to work on Dean’s pride.
